Customer Relationship Management (CRM)


There are real benefits to be obtained through CRM. The better an organisation understand its customers and can manage the relationship it has with them, the more responsive it can be to their needs and the more successful the organisation will become. CRM provides not only a systematic and technical process but a strategy to learn about customers’ needs and behaviour in order to develop stronger relationship with them.
